I have purchased one of your products however I am not satisfied. Can I return it?

Sure, you have 30 days after your purchase to return the garment. You can replace the garment with other items of the same value from our site or request a full refund.

The size purchased does not fit me. What can I do?

It is possible to make a size exchange of the same item for FREE. It is possible to replace the product with the same item of a different size or with another product of the same price. Eventually you can make the return in exchange for a refund or in exchange for credit to spend within the site. Read the terms and conditions on the Return Policies page.

Can I track my order?

Sure, once the courier picks up the shipment you will receive constant email updates on the status of the shipment. To receive updates you will need to enter your email address when completing your order otherwise we will not be able to send any communication.

How long does the shipment take to arrive?

We ship your purchases within 3 business days from the date payment is received. Once the order is processed, the courier will take 1-3 days for European delivery or 3-7 days for international delivery. To find out the exact timeline please send a request to info@threeface.it.
